Our printer uses a high grade Eco friendly ink! With no harmful fumes, it's not only safe for you but it's are biodegradable and safe for the environment too!

All our packaging is recyclable! You may notice some second hand packaging items or shredded paper in your stone orders - we reuse as often as possible.

We print our own backdrops and source all our props and packaging from Melbourne and surrounds!

All our product photography on our website and social media is photographed by us or our collaborators. Minimal to no editing is done on all of our images have ZERO colour manipulation. This creates a true representation of how our backdrops look through your lense - not just what the pattern looks like on screen.
That being said, please keep in mind lighting makes all the difference to backdrops and some screens may result in colours looking slightly different from screen to real life. Please contact for more example imagery or information if you are unsure.
Backdrop Questions

Your backdrops will arrive in a tube, because our backdrops are made of vinyl, they easily roll out and roll back up when you’re finished your shoot! The tubes are a thick cardboard mailing tube so they wont bend or dent – keeping you’re your backdrops safe!

Domestic shipping can take up to 5 business days.
Foreign shipping could take up to 14 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual. -
Because all our backdrops are water resistant you can easily use a damp cloth to wipe away any food or product left behind from your photoshoot. We recommend then wiping with a clean dry cloth and always letting the vinyl dry before packing away in your storage tube. It's very important the cleaning cloths have no chemical residue from harsh cleaners as this can cause damage. When cleaning solid colour or light coloured backdrops only use water and wipe very softly
- Using pressure or using harsh cleaning products can strip the ink from your backdrops. Please test patch if using cleaning products or contact us first

All our backdrops are water resistant. You can put beauty products on them, spill food on them and even spray with water for a water droplet effect. Just wet and wipe off – easy!

The best part about vinyl is there is minimal to no reflections or glare in your images! We print all our backdrops in Matte, reducing glare from artificial lighting.

The flat colour backdrops can experience a small amount of “banding” which is slight variations in colour (or bands) across the image. The issue is due to the current printing process and a challenge in printing flat colours. It may be slightly visible to the eye in some light and angles but shouldn’t be visible through you camera. We check every backdrop prior to shipping to ensure that any banding is minimal.

We print and cut all our backdrops in house! As particular as we are, sometimes there can be up to 1cm size discrepancy due to the backdrops being printed and cut by machine, not by us! If there's any issues please reach out.

Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.
Please note that free shipping is not applicable for international orders and that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

To be able to offer free shipping storewide, we use a mix of Aus Post and couriers - depending on the weight of your package and your location. We also offer Click and collect (we are located in Melbourne)

All backdrops are inspected and checked before we package them up to post to make sure they are in their best condition. We have a 3 day returns policy for damaged stock and 7 days for change of mind. Please see our refund & returns policy here
If your backdrop and tube is damaged during delivery, please let us know and we can assist you in lodging a complaint with Aus Post to receive compensation.

Acrylic & Stone Props

We promise your props aren't scratched!! They come with a kraft brown or clear film on them for protection. Simply use your fingernail or a blunt object to peel it back and you are good to go! Please note, using sharp items will cause scratches!

Each stone product listing has a size and colour guide.
All our stone props are made of natural stone - this means we cannot guarantee its exact appearance in colour or shape.
The stone is also broken up manually to give it it's rustic look resulting in an uncertainty to shape and size. If you are after something specific, please reach out. We are always happy to do what we can to get you the perfect piece
